Dr. Levy
Joel M. Levy, D.P.M


Dr. Levy has been practicing in Tampa since 1975. A native of New York, he completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University and The State University of New York at Buffalo. His medical degree and surgical residency were both from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.

Shortly after starting practice, he received his board certification in foot surgery. He is on the staff of St. Joseph’s hospital, University Community Hospital and the Tampa Bay Surgery Center.

Dr. Levy has served as President of the Hillsborough County Podiatric Medical Association. In addition, he was appointed to the Board of Podiatric Medicine by both Governor’s Bob Martinez and Lawton Chiles, and also serving as its Chairman for two years.

On his time off, he enjoys both running and playing golf.
 
 
Dr. Baker
Steven Baker, D.P.M


Dr. Baker has been practicing in Tampa since 1981. A native of New Jersey, he completed his undergraduate studies at Fairleigh Dickenson University and his medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He obtained his surgical residency from St. Mary’s Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa.

Dr. Baker is certified in surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is on staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, University Community Hospital, and the Tampa Bay Surgery Center.

Dr. Baker has served as President of the Hillsborough County Podiatric Medical Association. In addition, he was appointed to the Board of Podiatric Medicine by Lawton Chiles and served as its Chairman.

On his time off, he enjoys both photography and golf.
 
 
Dr. Zuri
Michael Zuri, D.P.M


Dr. Zuri was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. He stayed in the South Florida for medical school where he was Salutatorian at Barry University. After completion of his 3 year residency training at Westside regional medical center in Plantation, FL he decided to move to the great city of Tampa for practice.

His particular areas of interest are: Foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, bunion and hammertoe correction, wound care, sports injuries, tendon and ligament injuries, and foot and ankle trauma.

Outside of practice, Dr. Zuri enjoys playing basketball, watching all gator sports, and playing with his dog Jessie.
